The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting daily office operations, handling errands, and assisting staff with administrative and housekeeping tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
Assist in courier dispatch and collection of documents/packages.
Purchase office supplies, pantry items, and other required materials.
Support office staff with routine administrative tasks.
Arrange meeting rooms and prepare refreshments for meetings.
Monitor and replenish pantry and stationery stock.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving office materials when required.
Perform other duties assigned by management.




Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
