Job Summary

The Commis 1 - Sauté is responsible for preparing and cooking dishes in the sauté section while ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen standards. The role requires knowledge of sauté cooking techniques, sauce preparation, and smooth coordination during kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook sauté dishes as per standard recipes and presentation standards.
Handle sauté station operations efficiently during service hours.
Ensure proper mise en place before starting operations.
Maintain food quality, portion control, and consistency.
Prepare sauces, gravies, and accompaniments as required.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Monitor stock levels and inform senior chefs regarding shortages.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sauté section.




Minimize food wastage and support kitchen cost control.
Assist senior chefs in smooth kitchen operations.
Follow company SOPs and kitchen policies.

Required Skills :
Knowledge of sauté cooking techniques and pan handling.
Understanding of sauce and seasoning preparation.
Good knife skills and kitchen coordination.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Solid teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications :
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts preferred.
Minimum 1-3years of kitchen experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
