Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with queries related to financial and investment services
Build and maintain robust client relationships
Support client onboarding and service processes
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support
Maintain customer records and follow-up activities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
