Join company as a Chat Customer Service Representative (CSR), where you will assist customers with mobile telephony services, subscription-related queries, prepaid services, and more—while also identifying sales opportunities

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions via chat in a skilled and timely manner
Assist customers with:
Mobile telephony services
Subscription and prepaid-related queries
Billing and invoice concerns
Basic troubleshooting
Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
Perform needs analysis to understand customer requirements
Drive upselling and cross-selling through personalized recommendations




Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to processes

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Excellent written & Verbal communication skills in English
Strong typing and comprehension skills
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability
Flexible and adaptable to a rapid-paced setting
Basic computer knowledge

Preferred :
Prior experience in customer service / chat / sales process
