Key Responsibilities :
Identify potential buyers through lead calling, networking and referrals
Build and maintain strong relationship with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat business or referrals.
Conduct site visits, providing in-depth details about property features, amenities and project USP.
Coordinate and conduct Channel Partner meets
Conduct market research to track recent project launches and prospects.
Keep updated on local real estate trends, competitor projects and pricing.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target set by management.

Requirements :
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably B2C or Retail property sales in West Market
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Energetic and go-getter personality
Customer-centric approach with valuable listening skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office, Google suite and Lead CRM software

Job Type : Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
