About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer - Civil to join our construction team in Visakhapatnam.

This position is ideal for a Diploma Civil Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of practical site experience who wants to build solid hands-on experience in construction site execution and supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate with workers, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor work progress and ensure proper execution.
Read and understand basic civil drawings and specifications.
Check dimensions, levels, quantities, and quality of work.
Maintain daily site records and progress updates.
Do measurements and follow gudiance for material procurement
Coordinate with senior engineers regarding site requirements and issues.
Identify delays, quality issues, or other problems at the site and report them promptly.
Ensure construction work is carried out according to project requirements and safety practices.





Requirements :
Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred. :
6 months to 1 year of relevant construction/site experience preferred. :
Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work and stay at the project location in Visakhapatnam .
Responsible, punctual, and willing to take ownership of assigned site activities.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an advantage.

Salary & Accommodation
Salary: ₹14,000 - ₹15,000 per month :
Free accommodation provided by the company. :
The accommodation provided has an estimated value of ₹5,000+ per month, making the overall compensation value ₹20,000+ per month .
The employee will be responsible for their own monthly food expenses.
Accommodation is provided for the employee during the work assignment.

We are looking for someone who is early in their career but already has some practical construction-site exposure .

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:
25% (preferred)
