Key Responsibilities
Sales & Targets : Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Customer Service : Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product knowledge to facilitate sales.
Merchandising & Upkeep : Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock shelves, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Operations & POS : Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash/card transactions, and process returns.
Inventory Control : Track inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and report discrepancies.
Product Expertise : Maintain in-depth knowledge of product ranges and promotions.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
