Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution : Prepare the site before work begins, establish timelines, and monitor daily progress to meet project milestones.
Health & Safety (HSE) : Enforce strict safety protocols, conduct hazard assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Team Management : Supervise and coordinate in office personnel, subcontractors, and various trades to maintain a productive workflow.
Quality Control : Inspect ongoing work to verify adherence to architectural drawings, structural specifications, and industry codes.
Budget & Resource Management : Track expenses, optimize material usage, and report on project status to senior stakeholders
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
