Job Summary

We are hiring a Back Office & Accounting Assistant to support the operations and accounting work of U.S.based hotel clients.

Responsibilities :
Maintain and update accounting records
Process invoices, bills, and expense entries
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Review daily hotel operational reports
Coordinate with hotel management and vendors
Prepare Excel reports and trackers
Assist in month-end closing activities
Maintain organized digital documentation
Support back-office hotel operations and admin tasks

Requirements :
B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA Inter / Accounting background preferred
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets




Strong English communication skills
Basic accounting and bookkeeping understanding
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience in accounting or hospitality industry is a plus

Preferred Skills
QuickBooks or Xero knowledge
Experience with U.S. clients
Hotel industry exposure
Good coordination and follow-up skills
