Client Engagement : Conduct presentations and site visits to match buyers with suitable inventory.
Lead Generation :Source, track, and manage potential buyer leads through cold calls, digital channels, and outreach.
Deal Closure : Negotiate prices, handle client queries, and finalize sales agreements.
Relationship Management :Build robust ties with channel partners and clients.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education : Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience : minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (references may be required)
Logistics : Holding a valid driver's license
Languages : English (Mandatory, Fluent), Hindi, Punjabi
