We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer
focused Reservation Assistant to join our team and handle guest reservations, inquiries and provide excellent service across all channels.
What you will do:
Process bookings, cancellations and modifications.
Provide accurate information about rooms rates and offers
Maintain reservation reports.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest issues
Food and Accommodation Available
Freshers can also Apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
