Position :Supervisor - B2B Openings :2 Qualification :12th Pass + System Operator Compensation :₹28,500 CTC/month
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily B2B warehouse operations and manpower allocation.
Monitor inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Coordinate with clients, transporters, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain inventory accuracy and system updates.
Track productivity, TAT, and operational KPIs.
Prepare MIS reports and ensure SOP compliance.
Eligibility & Skills
12th Pass/graduate
Computer proficiency (Excel/WMS/ERP)
Team handling experience preferred
Working Conditions
Full time warehouse/field role
Rotational shifts and weekly off as per company policy
