Position : HR Manager Organization : AMBEDKAR GROUP OF INSTITUTION Location : Patna,Bihar Experience Required : Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a Paramedical College / Institute setting.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee relations).
Develop and implement HR policies in line with institutional needs.
Handle statutory compliances related to medical education & healthcare staff.
Support workforce planning and performance management.
Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee grievances effectively.

Qualification :
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Robust knowledge of HR practices in hospital/medical college sector preferred.

Salary : Competitive (as per experience & qualifications).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
