Job Description: About the Company : JAES Projects (I) Private Limited is a leading emergency healthcare service provider operating 108 Ambulance Services , 104 Health Helplines , and Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh . The organization is committed to saving lives by delivering timely emergency medical services and improving healthcare accessibility in urban and rural areas.
Receive incoming emergency and non-emergency calls from patients and hospitals.
Collect accurate information about patient condition and location.
Dispatch ambulances quickly by coordinating with drivers and medical staff.
Track ambulance status and provide timely updates to callers.




Maintain call records and data with good typing speed and accuracy .
Understand instructions, addresses, and medical details with positive reading skills .
Handle billing queries, complaints, and customer support professionally.
Provide polite, calm, and empathetic communication during emergencies.
Follow company protocols and emergency response procedures.
