Key Responsibilities
Site Execution
Supervise installation of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, VRF, chillers, AHU, FCU).
Ensure work is done as per approved drawings and standards.
Daily monitoring of site progress.
Team Management
Handle technicians, helpers, and subcontractors
Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity
Train workers on proper installation methods
Material & Tools Management
Check material availability before starting work
Maintain proper usage of tools and equipment
Avoid wastage and control site costs
Quality Control
Ensure installation quality meets project specifications
Coordinate inspections with client/consultant
Maintain checklist and documentation
Safety Compliance
Enforce site safety rules (PPE, work permits)
Conduct toolbox talks




Prevent accidents and unsafe practices
Coordination
Coordinate with client, consultant, and other contractors
Resolve site issues quickly
Attend site meetings when required
Reporting
Submit daily progress report (DPR)
Update project manager on work status, delays, and issues
Maintain site records and documentation

Skills Required :
Knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, ducting, piping & Insulation)
Ability to read drawings
Leadership & team handling
Basic communication & reporting skills
Problem-solving at site

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
