JOB DESCRIPTION Relationship Manager – Banca Channel Company: Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Job Title: Relationship Manager (RM) Channel: Bancassurance (Banca Channel) Job Location: Bhilai / Durg, Chhattisgarh Eligibility Criteria - Age: 22–32 Years - Experience: 1–2 Years - CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA - Education: Graduate in any discipline (subject to company requirements) Job Responsibilities 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with bank employees and customers. 2. Generate life insurance business through the bank's customer base. 3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4. Coordinate with bank staff to generate qualified sales leads. 5. Explain life insurance products, benefits, and policy features to customers. 6. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales. 7.



Ensure proper documentation and timely policy processing. 8. Maintain customer satisfaction and provide post-sales support. Required Skills - Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. - Sales and customer relationship management skills. - Ability to achieve sales targets. - Basic knowledge of life insurance and banking products. - Customer-handling and negotiation skills.
