The role includes managing day-to-day accounting operations, handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), processing vendor and customer invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments and collections. The candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, managing employee salary records, handling vendor payments, preparing and maintaining financial statements, performing bank reconciliations, tracking expenses, and maintaining general ledger entries. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal departments, ensuring proper documentation of financial transactions, and supporting monthly and annual financial closing activities.

Qualifications:
• Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.




• Must have hands-on experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Should have practical experience in invoice processing, billing, and vendor payment management.
• Must have knowledge of payroll processing and employee salary records.
• Should be familiar with bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and financial documentation.
• Must have a valuable understanding of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
• Should be proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage.
• Candidates should possess good analytical, numerical, communication, and coordination skills.
