- Set up and grow distributor and channel networks across India
- Win body-shop, OEM and industrial accounts in automotive refinish and industrial coatings
- Own targets, pricing and the India P&L;, reporting to the European leadership *What you bring

- 15+ years in automotive refinish, coatings or paints sales, with national or multi-region leadership
- Proven track record building distributor networks and winning key accounts
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on, comfortable launching a recent entity
- Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate *What's on offer
