We’re hiring: Senior Patient Counsellor, Oncology Immunotherapy | Denvax Cancer Center, Current Delhi A cancer diagnosis changes a family overnight. By the time patients reach us, they’ve seen multiple doctors and carry fear, confusion and cost concerns.

At Denvax, we offer dendritic cell immunotherapy. After the clinical consultation, families need someone who can sit with them, explain the treatment protocol clearly and honestly, answer every question, and guide them to a confident decision.

That’s the person we’re looking for.

You will

- Hold post-consultation sessions with patients and families, explaining the protocol, timeline, costs and expectations
- Address concerns with empathy and honesty, with no pressure and no false promises
- Own patient follow-up from first consultation through treatment enrolment
- Work closely with our doctors and care team
- Track and improve counselling-to-treatment conversion

You bring





- 3+ years in patient counselling, healthcare sales or care advisory (oncology, IVF, hospital patient desk or medical value travel preferred)
- Strong communication in Hindi and English
- Comfort explaining complex medical information simply
- A track record of converting high-value, high-trust consultations ethically
- Emotional intelligence and patience
