Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time role based in Recent Delhi, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work from home. This role involves identifying and nurturing leads, promoting LIFEz HONOUR’s coaching and counselling services, and building long-term relationships with individual clients, coaches, and partner organizations.

Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing outreach campaigns, supporting digital and offline marketing initiatives, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The specialist will collaborate with counselling and coaching teams to understand offerings, create compelling value propositions,



and deliver presentations or training sessions to prospects. Day-to-day tasks also include responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, gathering market feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and marketing materials.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse clients, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product or service presentations, support onboarding of partners, and educate clients and coaches on offerings.
- Relevant experience in marketing or business development, preferably in coaching, counselling, education, or wellness sectors.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in New Delhi, manage time independently, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with basic CRM tools, office productivity software, and online communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in mental health, coaching, and social impact initiatives, with a client-centered and ethically grounded approach.
