Role Description The Associate Equity Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting investment research and equity analysis activities for the platform’s consulting and coaching offerings. In this role, the analyst will conduct company and industry research, analyze financial statements, build and maintain financial models, and evaluate equity investment opportunities. The analyst will prepare transparent, structured reports and presentations that translate complex financial insights into practical guidance for internal stakeholders and coaching clients.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring market developments, gathering and organizing data from various sources,



collaborating with senior team members on investment theses, and contributing analytical input to case studies and learning materials. The role also involves maintaining high standards of accuracy, meeting deadlines, and communicating findings in a concise and accessible manner.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw logical conclusions.
- Foundational knowledge of finance and investments, including understanding of capital markets and valuation concepts.
- Experience or training in equities analysis, including assessing company performance and industry dynamics.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, including building and updating models in Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools and willingness to work across time zones with global team members.
- Interest in management consulting, interview preparation, and mentoring future professionals is an advantage.
