Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Summary:

Responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, sharing information about products/services, answering basic queries, and supporting the sales team by generating leads or fixing appointments.

Key responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers on daily calling lists.
- Explain insurance clearly and handle basic customer questions or objections.
- Record call details, customer information, and follow-up remarks in Excel/CRM.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert them into leads, appointments, or sales as per process.
- Maintain daily/weekly call targets and share reports with the team lead.




- Maintain professionalism and positive customer service on every call.

Candidate requirements Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred

Experience: Freshers or up to 6 months of telecalling/customer service/sales calling experience.

Skills

- Good verbal communication in Hindi/English or relevant local language.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and using Excel/CRM.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle rejection.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
