We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Technical Support Executive to assist customers with technical queries and provide support.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance to customers.

- Handle customer queries and resolve technical issues.

- Guide customers through application and online processes.

- Maintain customer records and documentation.

- Coordinate with the team to resolve issues.

- Ensure customer satisfaction.
