Castallio One is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Relations Executive to support business growth, market expansion, and client acquisition.
The selected candidates will help us identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, build professional relationships, and promote our AI-powered hiring platform for the Architecture, Civil Engineering, BIM, and Construction industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Connect with companies, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
- Promote Castallio One and its recruitment solutions.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective clients and schedule business meetings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support business development and market expansion strategies.
- Maintain lead databases and prepare daily activity reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development.
- Ability to research and identify potential clients.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication, and MS Excel.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- MBA, BBA, B.Com, or graduates from any stream are welcome.
