Role Description The Payroll Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for assigned clients or internal teams. This role includes preparing and processing payroll cycles accurately and on schedule, handling employee data changes, and ensuring proper calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions. The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll taxes, garnishments, and statutory compliances,



while maintaining up-to-date records and responding to payroll-related inquiries in a timely, professional manner. The role also involves collaborating with HR, finance, and external stakeholders to reconcile payroll data, support audits, and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications
• Robust skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing, with experience managing complete payroll cycles.
• Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance requirements, including statutory filings and reporting.
• Experience working with Payroll Services platforms and systems, including data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to manage Garnishments and other complex deductions in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Relevant experience in payroll, accounting, or HR operations; prior work in a shared services or outsourced environment is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll or HRIS software; strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
