Role Description

AI Engineer Experience: 3–5 Years Role Summary We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases. The candidate will work on AI assistants, RAG applications, workflow automation, and AI-powered business solutions using contemporary AI frameworks and cloud technologies.

Key Skills Python Development Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs) RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks Vector Databases (OpenSearch, Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS) AWS Bedrock / Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Platforms Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, assistants, and automation solutions. Build and optimize RAG pipelines, vector search, and knowledge retrieval systems.

Develop





Agentic AI and multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business workflows. Evaluate AI applications for accuracy, relevance, latency, scalability, and business outcomes using established AI evaluation frameworks and metrics.

Implement AI guardrails, observability, monitoring, and governance practices to ensure reliable and responsible AI solutions. Collaborate with business and engineering teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to AI innovation initiatives.
