Own and manage key business applications including SAP Business One, Zoho CRM, Inflow, FolderIT, ZingHR, Asana, Avoma, and other critical systems Establish robust application governance, software lifecycle management, and renewal tracking Lead the in-house coordination of the SAP Business One to Zoho ERP migration program Drive process mapping, data cleansing, testing, training, cutover,
