Biotastic is a wellness technology company in Chennai. We make ice baths, infrared saunas and red light therapy panels for gyms, hotels, clinics and homes across India. Our products look incredible on camera, our customers have powerful stories, and we are growing rapid.

At the centre of it all is our Founder, an innovator in every sense. On any given day he is designing a new product, shaping how the company is structured, meeting high net worth clients, or thinking through the next big move for the brand. As our videographer, you will be with him for most of your day, filming, planning and building alongside him.

You will see up close how ideas turn into products, how deals come together and how a business is run from the inside. Very few people get this kind of exposure this early, and we are confident you will learn more here in a year than most roles teach in five.

This is a solo role and a high-ownership seat. You will be the one person running all of Biotastic’s video content, from the first idea to the final post, and you will be expected to figure things out on your own. It takes a certain kind of person to thrive here. Most people find it too much. The ones who are hungry, who hustle and who know they are meant for something bigger find it is exactly where they belong.

THE TWO KINDS OF CONTENT YOU WILL MAKE

Founder-led content: The Founder on camera, talking about recovery, the wellness industry,



product design and what it really takes to build a brand.

Brand content: Our products in action, the installations, and the people who use them every day.

WHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKE

- Shadowing the Founder through product design sessions, strategy discussions and client meetings, capturing the moments worth sharing.
- Brainstorming ideas with him and turning them into sharp, punchy scripts.
- Setting up cameras, lights and backdrops, and shooting in the office or on site at hotels, gyms and clinics.
- Editing footage into reels and long-form videos that grab attention in the first second and hold it till the end.
- Posting on LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram, tracking what works and owning the results.
- Bringing fresh ideas to the table every week, before anyone asks.
- Jumping on last-minute shoots and still delivering on time.
- Keeping the footage library organised so nothing good ever gets lost.

THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU

- Want full ownership of your work and the freedom that comes with it.
- Are comfortable working solo and being the go-to person for everything video.
- Learn fast and love being around people who build things.
- Are strong in at least one editing tool: Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci or CapCut.




- Can handle a camera and basic lighting on your own (bigger setups we will work out together).
- Can feel when a cut is dragging and fix it before anyone notices.
- Know how LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram each work, or pick it up quickly.
- Can turn a rough idea into a clear, tight script.
- Stay sharp on busy days and bring your best energy to every shoot.
- Take feedback in your stride and come back with something better.

BONUS POINTS FOR

- Motion graphics or basic After Effects.
- Colour grading.
- Designing thumbnails and stills.
- Experience with fitness, wellness, sport or hospitality content.
