Job Purpose The HR Technology Solutions Expert supports the successful implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Oracle HRMS platform across Vikram Solar Limited enabling digitized, standardized and scalable HR processes.
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for providing techno functional support for the implementation of multiple Oracle HCM modules including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Learning Management System ensuring successful configuration, testing and deployment.
- Responsible for the data migration, configuration, report building and integration activities in coordination with the process leads.
- Responsible for coordinating with the implementation partner and internal stakeholders to drive technical deliverables.
- Responsible for supporting the stabilization of Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, ORC and Absence Management by resolving live issues,
optimizing system performance and ensuring seamless business operations.
- Provided post-go-live hyper care and steady-state support by managing incident resolution, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Responsible for performing RCA and resolving L1 incidents within defined TAT, ensuring minimal business disruption
Preferred candidate profile
Education
- Graduate with solid techno-functional expertise, combining HR domain knowledge with technical proficiency
- MBA/PGDM in HR & Analytics or equivalent
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in core implementation of Oracle HRMS.
- Prior experience implementing Oracle HRMS in a manufacturing setting.
