We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic HR Recruiters to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various departments across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles (Non-IT).
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Hands-on experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualification & Experience:
- Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- Experience: 1–5 years in Non-IT recruitment

- Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office
- Location: Chetpet, Chennai
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
