- Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on qualifications, skills, and experience)

Role Overview

- We are seeking passionate, highly motivated, and academically qualified English Language Educators to join our full-time academic team and deliver high-quality English language education.
- The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching English across different proficiency levels, with a robust focus on communication, grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and practical language application.

Eligibility Criteria Applicants must meet at least one of the following qualifications:

- Master’s Degree (MA) in English or English Language Teaching (ELT).
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in English, with a minimum of one year of formal teaching experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.), along with a recognised English language teaching qualification or relevant teaching experience.

Note: Applicants with a postgraduate degree in English, English Language Teaching, Applied Linguistics, or a related discipline shall be given preference.





Essential Requirements

- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure.
- Ability to teach listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to teach learners across different English proficiency levels.
- Familiarity with structured English language instruction and internationally recognised proficiency frameworks such as CEFR.
- Knowledge of communicative language teaching and language assessment methodologies.
- Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and learner engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging live online English language classes.
- Develop learners' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.
- Record high-quality academic video lectures.
- Prepare textbooks, study notes, worksheets, and practice materials.
- Create tests and assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Prepare learners for recognised English proficiency examinations, wherever applicable.
- Develop educational and promotional content for social media.
