To lead and manage the Institutional Equity Research team and act as a key representative of the organisation before the buy-side institutional investment community. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with leading Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, FIIs, FPIs, Fund Managers, Research Heads and other institutional investors. The role requires an accomplished skilled with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, who can effectively articulate the firm's research views, investment ideas and market outlook to senior buy-side professionals and create a strong impact through regular interactions.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring active engagement between the institutional research team and buy-side institutions, facilitating meaningful interactions between research analysts and fund managers, and strengthening the firm's institutional research presence and client relationships.
