Were you the person who ran the college fest while everyone else just showed up?

The organiser, the communicator, the one who convinced sponsors, brought people together, and somehow got everyone on board?

We'd like to meet you.

About PrepreaterPrepreater is an applied AI and software startup based in Pune. We build AI Staff Bots, websites, and automation solutions that help businesses work smarter.

The RoleYou'll work directly with the founder, taking our AI products to real businesses.

You'll understand business problems, demonstrate our solutions, help clients get started, and contribute to the growth of an AI startup.

This is a client-facing, field-oriented role, not a conventional coding internship. You'll interact with business owners, demonstrate technology, and help businesses understand how AI can work for them.

We'll train you on our products. You don't need to be an AI expert.

What You'll Do

- Visit businesses across Pune, including shops, clinics, offices, and startups.
- Approach business owners, understand their challenges, and identify opportunities.
- Demonstrate AI products and explain their benefits in easy language.
- Help clients get started with our solutions.
- Build relationships, follow up with prospects, and contribute to closing deals.
- Share ideas and contribute to product and business growth.

Client visits around Pune are part of the role. Local travel expenses are covered by the ₹10,000 monthly stipend; there is no separate travel allowance. Who We're Looking ForYou might be a great fit if you're someone who:

- Has organised college events, led clubs, managed teams, or handled sponsorships and outreach.

- Is confident approaching and speaking with new people.
- Can explain ideas and technology in simple language.
- Is curious about AI, startups, and how businesses operate.
- Speaks English and Hindi and/or Marathi.
- Is comfortable travelling locally and meeting business owners.

All educational backgrounds are welcome: BE/BTech, MBA, BBA, BCom, and others. Fresh graduates and final-year students can apply if they can commit to the full schedule. No prior sales experience, coding skills, or AI knowledge required. Initiative, communication, and curiosity matter more.

What You'll Get

- ₹10,000/month fixed stipend for 3 months.
- Additional commission on every deal you help close.
- Direct mentorship and experience working with the founder.
- Hands-on exposure to real-world AI products and implementation.
- Experience in customer interactions, product demonstrations, and startup growth.
- Internship certificate and potential full-time opportunity after 3 months, based on performance.

How to ApplyTap Apply, then hit Send on the message that opens in WhatsApp. Our selection process has three rounds:

Round 1: Voice Note

We'll start with a few quick questions, followed by a 1–2 minute voice note challenge.

Imagine you've walked into a business owner's shop. Introduce yourself and pitch how AI could help their business.

Round 2: In-person Interview

Strong pitches will be invited for an in-person interview at our Pimpri office.

Round 3: One-week Working Trial

Before confirming the internship, you'll spend one week working with us at our office, Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM.

It's an opportunity for both of us to experience the actual work, understand expectations, and see if we're a good fit.

We're looking for people who take initiative, communicate confidently, and aren't afraid to make things happen. If that sounds like you, we'd like to hear from you.
