Role Description The Senior Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of civil works for resort facilities and related infrastructure at the Agra site. This full-time, on-site role includes managing structural and site development activities, reviewing design drawings, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The position involves supervising field work, conducting site inspections, monitoring project progress, and resolving technical issues to maintain quality, safety, and timelines. The Senior Civil Engineer will prepare project reports, cost estimates, and schedules, and collaborate closely with project management, architecture,



and operations teams to support efficient resort development and maintenance.
Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to lead complex resort and infrastructure projects.
- Experience supervising Civil Engineers and technical teams, including planning, allocation of tasks, and performance review.
- Proficiency in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource management, and budget tracking.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and site development practices, including drainage, grading, and environmental considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience in building projects, preferably in hospitality, commercial, or resort developments.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience with engineering design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) is an advantage.
