Job Description – Psychologist (Full-Time)

Job Overview
YOUR MIND CARE is looking for a responsible, enthusiastic and skilled Psychologist to independently manage and coordinate all psychology-related operations, counselling services, mental wellness programs and institutional collaborations.

The candidate will be responsible for handling individual clients, conducting assessments, managing programs and developing mental health initiatives across schools, colleges, corporates and the general public.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.Counselling & Client Management
* Conduct individual counselling sessions.
* Take client history and maintain case records.
* Conduct preliminary psychological assessments.
* Develop intervention and follow-up plans within professional scope.
* Monitor client progress and maintain confidentiality.
* Coordinate referrals to psychiatrists and other specialists when required.

2.Psychological Assessments
* Conduct psychometric assessments using appropriate standardized tools.
* Personality, aptitude, behavioural and emotional assessments.
* Prepare assessment reports and provide feedback.
* Maintain assessment records and documentation.

3. Program Management
Manage all three major YMC initiatives:

* Happy Campus: Mental health programs for schools and colleges.
* Happy Workspace: Corporate wellness, employee counselling, workshops and EAP initiatives.
* Happy Hours: Public mental wellness sessions, awareness events and online programs.

4. Institutional & Corporate Coordination
* Coordinate with schools, colleges and companies.
* Conduct meetings and presentations.
* Develop institutional mental health partnerships.
* Organize workshops, awareness campaigns and training sessions.

5. Team & Operational Management




* Guide and supervise psychology interns.
* Allocate work and monitor performance.
* Manage appointment schedules and counselling operations.
* Maintain client databases, reports and monthly activity rerords.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the psychology department.

6. Research & Content Development
* Develop psychoeducation materials.
* Prepare mental health awareness content.
* Research new psychological interventions and programs.
* Support social media and educational initiatives.

Required Qualifications
* M.Sc. Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Applied Psychology.
* Relevant counselling and assessment experience preferred.
* Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.
* Good documentation and report-writing skills.
* Ability to conduct workshops and public presentations.
* Leadership and team management abilities.

Salary - 10K with 10% (Profit) Incentives + TA / Month
- Quarterly 10% - 30% Hike based on performance
