Role Overview

The Copywriter is responsible for creating compelling, persuasive, and SEO-optimised content for automotive digital platforms. The role focuses on product pages, technical landing pages, SEO landing pages, and customer-facing communications, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Write, edit, and optimise content for product pages, technical landing pages, SEO landing pages, and digital customer journeys.
- Translate complex automotive features and technical specifications into engaging customer-focused content.
- Develop content aligned with SEO best practices and search intent strategies.
- Collaborate with Designers, Content Editors, SEO specialists, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated digital experiences.
- Maintain consistency of tone of voice and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Review and proofread content to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand compliance.
- Support content localisation and adaptation initiatives when required.

Qualifications





- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, journalism, or digital marketing.
- Native or bilingual-level British English is mandatory.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proven experience writing content for websites, product pages, landing pages, and SEO initiatives.
- Robust understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and customer buying journey.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-friendly content.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an automotive journalist, motoring editor, or automotive content specialist.
- Experience supporting automotive product launches and digital campaigns.
- Agency experience working with multiple stakeholders and international teams.
- Experience working within global or multi-market environments.
