Job Role : Oracle Fusion HCM Fast Formulas Consultant.Job Type : Contract.Experience : 8+ Years.Job Location : Remote.Shift Timings : 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.Job Description :We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Fast Formulas Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in developing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Fast Formulas based on business requirements.- Develop Fast Formulas for Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, and other relevant HCM modules.- Translate functional requirements into efficient formula logic and business rules.- Work with formula types, contexts, database items, input variables, return variables, and formula functions.- Support payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, absence accruals, eligibility rules, and compensation calculations.- Troubleshoot formula errors, perform root-cause analysis, and implement appropriate fixes.- Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.- Participate in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment,



and post-production support.- Prepare technical documentation, formula specifications, test scenarios, and implementation guidelines.- Perform formula validation, regression testing, and performance optimization.Required Skills :- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with strong expertise in Fast Formulas.- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functional processes and architecture.- Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas across one or more HCM modules, particularly Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, or Compensation.- Knowledge of formula types, contexts, database items, input/output variables, and formula functions.- Experience in formula debugging, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.- Ability to analyze business requirements and develop appropriate technical solutions.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work independently in a remote project setting.Good to Have :- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support projects.- Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, and Oracle HCM reporting tools.- Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
