Role and Responsibilities:- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams.- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and use cases.- Support project planning, testing, implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.- Create reports, dashboards,



and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.- Assist in change management and user training activities.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
