About the job
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Floor Manager - Sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure efficient day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, optimizing lead conversions, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
2. Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor progress against defined KPIs.
3. Oversee lead allocation, follow-ups, pipeline management, and conversion activities to maximize business opportunities.
4. Track team productivity, conversion rates, call volumes, follow-ups, and other critical sales metrics.
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion, revenue generation, and overall sales efficiency.
6. Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, product knowledge, and effective communication.
7. Ensure skilled customer interactions, timely follow-ups, and a high standard of customer experience.
8. Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to improve lead quality and align sales efforts with business objectives.
9. Prepare regular sales performance reports, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve results.
10. Ensure adherence to established sales processes, CRM practices, reporting standards, and organizational policies.
11. Resolve customer concerns and sales-related escalations promptly and professionally.
12. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve team productivity, and strengthen overall sales performance. Skill(s) required
