This is a work-from-home, full-time opportunity with a morning shift from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The role offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹30,000 along with performance-based incentives of up to ₹5,000.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Understand each customer's travel-related requirements and identify suitable services.
- Respond to questions clearly, accurately, and courteously.
- Assist customers throughout the service selection and purchase process.




- Complete and close sales successfully while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Record relevant customer interactions and move efficiently to the next customer after completing each interaction.

Requirements

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort using online systems.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused during the 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM shift.
- A customer-oriented approach and willingness to support customers throughout the sales process.
