Studio Aight is hiring for Content and Growth Intern

About the Company

Studio Aight, a product from Aight, uses artificial intelligence to turn creative briefs into finished posters and short film advertisements. The team is building a strong presence through AI influencer pages, creator partnerships, direct-to-consumer brands and agency collaborations. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to shape content that makes those pages useful, distinctive and worth following.

Responsibilities

- Create reels, social posts, UGC-style videos and short micro-dramas for Studio Aight's AI influencer pages, creator collaborations and brand projects.
- Use AI image and video tools to turn briefs and ideas into polished, ready-to-publish content.
- Plan content calendars, test formats and study performance to improve reach and engagement.
- Track followers, views and saves, and share a concise weekly performance report.
- Support creators and brand partners in making effective content with Studio Aight's tools.

- Complete a paid test task involving three AI-created reels for a fictional D2C brand and a five-line plan to grow a new page from zero to 1,000 followers.

Requirements

- Open to college students and fresh graduates; a formal degree is not required.
- Have an Instagram page grown from zero or examples of content that achieved visible performance, and be ready to share the link.
- Demonstrate a strong visual eye: content should feel designed and intentional rather than generically generated.
- Be comfortable with AI image and video tools, or able to learn them quickly.
- Can accept feedback, work independently and ship content consistently each day.
- Agency experience, Photoshop mastery and formal design training are not required.

This is a paid internship for 6 months with a stipend of ₹10,000 per month. Robust performance may lead to a full-time or billable designer opportunity after the internship, including potential customer-facing work where applicable.
