We are seeking a dynamic and polished Guest Relations Manager to lead the front-facing guest experience for an upcoming high-end Italian restaurant in Mumbai. The ideal candidate brings warmth, sophistication, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality — ensuring every guest enjoys a truly memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlist operations with precision and grace.
Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure flawless service execution.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally,



turning challenges into moments of delight.
Oversee front-of-house operations during service, maintaining ambience, pacing, and overall guest flow.
Develop and maintain a guest database capturing preferences, dietary needs, and visit history.
Train and coach the reception and host/hostess team on etiquette, communication, and service standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team on guest engagement initiatives, events, and loyalty programmes.
Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, developing action plans for continuous improvement

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

- 4–6 years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or a 5-star hotel environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or additional languages is a plus.

Calm under pressure with robust emotional intelligence.
Proficiency in reservation management software (OpenTable, Resy, or similar).
