Social Media Manager

MAA Homes is a growing real estate company in Bangalore, committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence and engage potential home buyers effectively.

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.

- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content updates across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create engaging content—posts, reels, stories, videos, brochures—tailored for real estate audiences.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote projects, offers, and site updates.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads preferred).
- Collaborate with designers, photographers,



and videographers for high-quality visual content.
- Track competitor social media strategies and identify opportunities.
- Maintain brand consistency in all digital communications.

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate .

- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to create or coordinate production of high-quality content (graphics, videos, reels).
- Knowledge of analytical tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with paid ad campaigns is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
