Senior US Healthcare Recruiter/ US Healthcare Recruiter Job Responsibility:
Identify, attract, and engage Healthcare professionals for roles such as RN's, LPN's, CNA's, and allied roles, etc.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records and update candidate information.
Should have a valuable database.
Should have working experience with direct clients, MSPs & VMS.
Knowledgeable about hiring from different job boards like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required.
Strong understanding of clinical & non-clinical requirements.
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience Required:
~ Must have 1.5-6 years verifiable experience
