We are looking for a Sales / Telesales Executive who has robust outbound calling and lead conversion experience and is excited to grow in the staffing/recruitment industry.
Outbound dialing & cold calling to generate client leads
Achieving sales targets through telephonic support (field visits if required)
Updating leads & pipeline in CRM (preferred)
Required Experience
1–5 years experience in outbound telesales/cold calling
Strong experience in lead conversion and closing
Candidates from insurance sales, call centers, IT/service sales are encouraged to apply
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls
Experience in staffing/recruitment or service industry sales
India (Remote/Office/Hybrid – as applicable)
