SARVAYA TRADEX LLP is an India-based logistics and freight forwarding company specializing in Freight Forwarding, Customs Consultancy & Clearance, Logistics, Transportation, and Project Cargo.
Supported by the operational experience and infrastructure of SHIVAM SEATRANS PRIVATE LIMITED, SARVAYA has a strong understanding of the Gandhidham–Kandla trade and logistics ecosystem.
We work closely with importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, overseas freight forwarders, and logistics partners to deliver reliable and compliant cargo movement solutions.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible Documentation cum Sales Coordinator to handle day-to-day import-export documentation, shipment tracking, customer communication, and sales coordination activities.

The candidate will be responsible for managing shipment documentation, coordinating with shipping lines and customers, assisting with freight quotations, following up on customer enquiries and quotations, and maintaining accurate operational and sales records.

Prepare, check, and manage import and export documentation.
Handle Delivery Order (DO)



collection from shipping line counters and prepare documents required for cargo release.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transporters, customers, and internal operations teams.
Track import and export shipments, monitor vessel arrivals, ETAs, DO validity, and documentation deadlines.
Receive and respond to customer enquiries through email and telephone.
Assist in obtaining freight rates and preparing and sharing freight quotations with customers after approval from management.
Maintain customer details, shipment records, enquiry status, and quotation follow-ups in Google Sheets / CRM.
Follow up with shipping lines and external partners for pending documents and shipment updates.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above
Practical knowledge of import and export documentation is preferred.
Understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
Knowledge of Delivery Order (DO) collection procedures is an advantage.
Good Typing speed
Basic understanding of freight quotations and sales coordination.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
