The Opportunity We're hiring two Business Development Executives to drive sales across two key markets: one focused on the UK & Europe market, and the other on the APAC market. Both roles are based out of our Bengaluru office. You'll own the full sales cycle — from identifying and reaching out to prospects, to nurturing relationships and closing deals.

Run outbound prospecting campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads

- Own the sales process from first touch to close, working closely with the founding team to tailor proposals and pitch decks
- Track and manage your pipeline using CRM tools,



keeping data clean and reporting on progress regularly
- Collaborate with the team on refining messaging, outreach strategies, and go-to-market approaches

What We're Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation

- A self-starter who's comfortable with outbound outreach and not afraid of cold calls or cold emails
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and prospecting best practices
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus
