Our partner is looking for a Talent Sourcer based in India.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will focus on building candidate pipelines across software engineering, data science, product management, and hardware disciplines. You will use online platforms, skilled communities, and targeted research to discover qualified candidates, including those who may not be actively looking for new opportunities. Through personalized outreach and initial candidate screening, you will help recruiters identify promising talent. This fully remote role is well suited to an organized, proactive communicator who enjoys research and working independently in a fast-moving recruitment environment.

Proactively identify and source qualified candidates for technical positions across software engineering, data science, product management, and hardware.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, professional communities, and other online sourcing channels.

Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach messages that generate interest in relevant opportunities.

Conduct initial candidate screening to assess professional experience, availability, and interest in potential roles.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and activity records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Research technology talent markets and map relevant candidate pools to identify new sourcing opportunities.

Genuine interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or the technology industry.





Strong research skills and the ability to identify suitable candidates across multiple online platforms.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, particularly when creating engaging and personalized candidate outreach.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or research, including internships or informal experience.

Preferred: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, or applicant tracking systems.

Monthly compensation: $1,000 per month, with the source indicating compensation may be commensurate with experience.
