We are looking for an experienced Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our team at Kites Senior Care, HBR Layout. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inpatient care, coordination with multi-disciplinary teams, and a passion for geriatric healthcare.

Clinical Duties:

- Provide comprehensive medical care to inpatients.
- Conduct initial assessments for current admissions and develop individualized care plans in coordination with the physiotherapy and nursing teams.
- Be available 24x7 on call for patient-related assistance.
- Perform daily nursing activity audits to ensure adherence to care protocols.




- Ensure proper coordination with primary consultants and update patient records with clinical notes.
- Implement and adhere to NABH standards in patient care.

Supervise and coordinate medical activities within the unit.

- Improve medical service delivery and operations.
- Ensure optimum stock management of medicines and medical supplies.
- Participate in medical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement and introduce innovative care strategies.

BAMS graduates with 5-15 years of experience in clinical practice or hospital-based roles.

- Experience in elderly care, rehabilitation, or palliative care is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 setup with emergency on-call duties.
