Job Description :Role : Solution ArchitectLocation : PuneEmployment Type : Full-TimeExperience : 12+ YearsEducation : B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalentKey Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end solution architecture, HLD, and LLD reviews.- Design on-premises infrastructure, DC/DR, High Availability (HA), and failover solutions.- Define system integrations, API architecture, and infrastructure requirements.- Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance.- Drive VAPT, security audits, and technical reviews.- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, DPDP Act 2023, and IT Act 2000.- Collaborate with AI teams on secure, self-hosted AI/LLM solutions.- Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with key stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 12+ years of software engineering experience,



including at least 4 years as a Solution / Enterprise Architect.- Experience designing on-premises enterprise platforms, preferably in BFSI or government sectors.- Solid knowledge of DC/DR, HA, infrastructure sizing, and disaster recovery.- Expertise in microservices, three-tier architecture, APIs, API gateways, and message queues.- Hands-on familiarity with Python/Django, React, and PostgreSQL.- Knowledge of PostgreSQL replication, backup, and failover.- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML/OIDC, SIEM, and PIM/PAM.- Strong understanding of application security, VAPT, and compliance audits.- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
